Oh yes, I've taken 3 vehicles there and my friends have as well. I swear I saw you driving a couple weeks ago, but I wasn't in my truck.

The truck’s air conditioning system got recharged and checked for leaks today. No obvious leaks found, so the shop thinks it just slowly leaked refrigerant over the years and this was the first summer I noticed it. I’ll monitor it for the rest of summer to see if it stays cold.

Haven’t checked on the 4Runner in over a month. Started right up, no problem!

Got the truck street tuned today. It makes nice smooth power all through the rev band, no knock/pinging anymore, and it really pulls hard over 4000rpm. I elected to have them do it on the conservative side to be safer. He said I could probably squeeze 10-20 more horsepower out of it if we kept going, but where it’s at now should be safe operation from sea level all the way up to the Rocky Mountains. I don’t want to have to hassle with flashing different tunes depending on where I might be driving, so I’m happy with this. Peak boost is 8.6psi and we’re suspecting mid 200s in horsepower. Probably 240-250 on a nice cool day.

Well nothing new to report on the Tacoma, but I did start it up and move it out of the shop so that I could put my Tundra in there. I installed some Firestone Ride Rite airbags on that thing. It’s much better now. I routed the air chucks to the rear bumper next to the license plate lights.

Thanks! She's not quite as good as my last helper, but she's young and still learning ;) It's hard to get work done in a timely fashion with a canine face in my face. Haha
