Gotta love redoing fabrication work. Takes twice as long to remove stuff as it does to do the initial installation, but it's well worth it when the bugs are out of the system and everything works exactly as it should.

    Keeps us updated! :)

I picked up some goodies recently.

Here is the new jack and mount. Its going in the toolbox so it doesn't walk away or corrode too bad.

Here are the new wheels. These are the only black wheels that I haven't seen too much on silver LT tacos. Walkers, Robby Gs, Enduro etc are everywhere.

Here is the diamond in the rough. The TRD supercharger for the 4.0 Tacoma. Its going to be sold soon.

I want to keep it so bad but I cant justify keeping it after the rear LT build even though I got a great deal on it brand new on EBay. Having this without gears is kind of pointless anyway or so I tell myself.

Constant improvements, man! Where'd you get that jack and mount from? Looks nice and solid.

Bummer about the supercharger but you're right on the need for gears. I'm running 33s and am itching to regear. Can't imagine what it's like with 35s!

Krawltex Motorsports in Texas did the jack mount. Its pretty beefy and made for this jack. The jack is a Ranger jack. I didn't want to go craftsman due to price/issues I hear about and I wasn't sure about the autozone jack so I tried this ranger. We will see over time how it does.

Here is the link for the ranger jack

Haha, its way better, I know it, I hope to go LT, so the susp is just temporary, had to get rid of the spacer lift. But after finding out how much I got back with taxes I wish I woulda just bit the bullet and bought the damn kit. haha. Very jealous of your truck though.

Its probably sold to someone local but if it falls thru I will post it in the classifieds here and every other site for $3000 or so without fit kit.

I have been busy with my truck lately. I had some fun installing parts and some headache fixing things that I did not anticipate having to bother with.

I had to install these Hella horns for when my trophy truck comes through.:D

    001-7_5c50159a77208249364bfe427c443adc1cef9455.jpg

I fixed my bump stops and made some bigger strike pads. These bumps are a lot less angled than the previous version. Im hoping to test this week.

I also had to disassemble my King coil overs do due oil loss while rotating resi fitting. I can say that its not hard to disassemble a shock down to the individual parts but it does take some time. I feel a lot better about it now. Now a re-valve is just a few hours work away.:D

I cant say enough good things about Sonny at Downsouth Motorsports and the crew at King. I got the references I needed and I was able to fix my shocks without having to send them off. Its a good feeling.

That is a solid build man. Nice work.

Talked to tim at dmz and he said he could get me a deal on the TC kit. so if it comes out less than the Engage kit I'll go with that.

I guess the alignment problems my bro in law had was due to his cams or somethin.

Anyways, Nice truck, hope mine turns out at least close to yours
