16 x 8 and 4.5" backspacing is what is recommended by ICON for our lifts.

Yes, mine did a little at first but this is definitely a different noise. I actually think my lower control arm is shot as WD-40 helped none. The only time it was normal was when it was raining all day Saturday.

Your backspacing should be perfect. I trimmed a small sections of plastic on both sides of the front fender wells with metal tin snips. Maybe a 1" x 1" section.....nothing major yet.

    Aloha to those on Maui.
Not a tacoma owner, but a 4runner owner from Oahu and am planning to take a trip to Maui sometime in February.
Any tips or specific places to go visit while there?

    Thanks!

We plan to spend about 4 days on Presidents' Day weekend.
More than likely bringing my truck with me to explore Maui.
So far seems like we will be Hana, Haleakala, all the usually normal must see things. Haha. Would be nice to join you guys on an outing one day if you guys plan another run.
Noticed things are much farther apart on Maui than back here on Oahu.

Sick your gonna ship your truck for only 4 days. Das how haha. Ill be getting back from the mainland sunday the 15th. If anybody wanted to go monday id be down. Stuff on maui is farther in some ways but still not bad like big island. Ho you rack up miles. I work big island and driven 1000 miles this past 10 days. But yeah we go.
P.s. If you like go up to haleakala for a sunrise bring warm clothes. It gets way below freezing sometimes. Shorts and slippahs = bad idea. Trust me :D:cool:

Haha yea we priced out car rentals and with the prices over that weekend and everything added up over those days, we actually came out not much far away from bringing my own truck over. It was going to be about ~$50ish more to bring my own. Haha so figured why not? Allows us more freedom with where we visit while we are there.
Thanks for the tip on Haleakala. Seems to be a "common" mistake for those posting on the web to go unprepared haha. Freezing up there. How's the park open hours though? Literally 24hrs open? Are people allowed to sleep up there?

I'd be down for Monday! Hopefully everyone can make it out! Haha

Thank you sir! I appreciate the kind gesture and hope we are all able to set a time to meet. Definitely would enjoy the more untraveled roads of Maui.
As mentioned above. Would you be open for Monday? Actual Presidents' Day? Haha

Totally worth 50 dollars for your own rig. Yeah up Haleakala gets cold. A lot of people are unprepared. Yeah it's open all hours day and night. If I was you I'd sleep up there to beat the rush. It's a small parking lo that fills up sometimes at 4-5am. No problems to sleep up there. I've don it multiple times. Yeah text me too if you got any questions 8082816647.

    Kahai you down for Monday?
