What’s the cost of the ten year warranty?

Depends on what you get. Getting lockers adds to the cost, but for just the gears the 10 year warranty is $600

Currently having 4.30 gears installed in my 2nd gen.
I will update with some post install details soon!

    UPDATE:
    Install took 7 hours.
I stopped for gas afterwords 15min down the road and noticed a pool of gear oil on the ground under the front diff
Went back to the shop and they said the diff was over filled and blew out the CV axle seal. Fixed that in about an hour.

Looks good now. I will update after a few hundred miles.

    UPDATE #2 (30Nov)
Diff is slowly leaking when driving at higher speeds. Called Premier and they are going to replace the seal again as soon as I can get back to riverside from San Diego. Put on brand new UCA and ball joints to eliminate the possibility of the worn ball joint causing an issue.

4.30 ratio is a great ratio for anyone on 33s but still drives a lot of highway with some extra weight in the truck. Feels like stock again!

drove home to San Diego after doing 3 30min heat cycles. Found more oil on my garage floor in the morning. About a 5” diameter puddle so definitely leaking but slower this time…or it’s all leaked out

had to leave for a trip to visit the in-laws (took my wife’s car) but will be dealing with it when I get back Sunday.

Can’t really make it back to riverside to have premier fix it again so not sure what the best plan is

Let me get in contact with them, they do some mobile regearing with certain shops, maybe there's a way you can drop it off at one of those shops and they will go fix it or something

So I spoke with Miguel from Premier, and he mentioned that he told you that you have a warn out ball joint that is causing a lot of play in the CV axle and causing the leak. They are willing to replace the seal again, but recommend replacing that ball joint first as they cannot take responsibility if it leaks a 3rd time

They aren't sure they can make idea to bring it to a shop in San Diego work but they are going to look into it. Just call them up when you have a chance so they can try to resolve this, they weren't even aware that you had another issue with the seal

Ok sounds good, I did tighten up the nut holding the ball joint in (SPC UCA) on my way home. It wasn’t super loose but I was able to tighten it more. Already ordered a new set of ball joints just to be safe.
Currently out of the state and it’s crazy with the holiday/family haha.

ill give them a call when I have a chance.

I got 5.29 but I’m on 35s and it helped out a lot. No more having to press the gas pedal down just to get moving like before

Got the 5.29, REM and ECGS done today. 8:30 am appointment and they took the truck in right away. Comfy theater style seats to hang out in. Miguel and techs were popping in and out and customer service was great. 2 and a half hours later they were done. Miguel explained the break in and what diff oil to use at 15,000 mark. I drove home to San Diego and did two 15 minute on and 15 minute cool down cycles. Kept it under 65 mph and got 19 mpg average for the trip. That’s 3 more than the way up. Gears weren’t hunting around and I think I was in 5th 6th at 2100 rpm or so. Looked under the truck when I got home and everything good to go no apparent leaks. I’m really happy. I’ll report in a month for a follow up.

Yeah as far as I know everything has been going fine. Haven't heard from anyone in a little bit so I'm taking it as no news is good news. If there were any problems I'm sure we'd be hearing about it

I know my truck has been running good and has been loving the lockers that were also installed at the same time
