I have new 265/65r17 Nitto Grapplers,I've found a set of wheels I like they're the Vision Prowler 17x9 6x139.7 in either -12 or +12 offset...I don't want to raise, cut or modify my truck as of right now ..so this setup will be on Stock height

Any help will truelly be appreciated.

-12 will stick out almost an inch more than the +12. You shouldn’t have to worry about rubbing with either. Most do a 265 70 17 and are fine. Your tires are even slightly smaller than those so you should be good. My opinion would be the -12 for better stance. It will poke out of the fender about 1/2”-1”

you'll be fine mostly, worst case you might experience just a bit of rubbing at full lock turn against plastic fender or mud flaps, heat gun and a hammer can easily fix that
