I think red would look great with the cement Tacoma. I’m thinking orange or olive for mine.

Only thing about olive w/ AG is it being a different shade of green. Orange makes sense, as would something like gunmetal gray?

Didn’t even think of gunmetal. Those would look good with the green. I know it’s not all about fashion. But it is a factor in the decision. Plus a bit of peace of mind when I take the kid off road with me.

Oh yeah, absolutely. They're close to $300 and offer options, makes no sense not to consider them!

I sorta feel like yellow will go well with that?

1 Orange, 1 Red, and 1 Yellow board. Perhaps throw in a black one just to make it an even number. lol

I am either going Orange or Red with my white TRD Pro. I don't plan on mounting mine currently but want something I can see when buried in the mud.

My T4R is an Army Green TRD Pro. I've gone back and forth a bit on colors, but I'm pretty much settled on the OD green. I know it wont be a perfect match, but the other colors don't make a whole lot of sense in my case. Only concern I have is that the brighter colors are doubtless much easier to see in a recovery situation (much easier to find in the dirt/mud)

If I had any skill whatsoever with photoshop, I'd probably put a few together to give myself an idea

I have green treds pros. I contemplated spray paint but after using in mud and snow several times, you aren't gonna see shit.

I'm dead tired and not following well; my apologies

Does that mean that a) the green ones are going to be impossible to see period? or b) that even with paint, they're impossible to see in the dirt?

Or c) that all of them are hard to see in the mud/dirt after a few uses?

Basically, should I just avoid the green at all costs?

    Whoops my bad.

In the dirt you'll see whatever color you got because it isn't gonna bury them. In the mud they all get covered no matter what color they are. The snow about 70% of the time they get buried and again can't see them.

So really (at least for me) the color is really just for what you see on or next to your truck.

Also the lanyards for my version of maxtrax (tred pros love them) they were toast after 1 recovery. So I'm gonna use 550 cord aka paracord and see if I get better longevity
