Trying to decide on which color to get for my TRDOR in Cement. Looking for pics of the boards mounted to a bed rack. Leaning towards grey, but a local vendor has black and orange in stock.

Orange is the classic, and it goes with everything

Color helps when you are pulling them out of the mud or sand or whatever. Red might look good because you have red lettering on the bedsides, no?

In your case I’d choose black. I went with tan for mine. Some will say only get orange because they are easier to find in the mud but they all come with a nice orange strap to help if they get totally buried.5A5CA387-E376-4FB0-9BE8-3E1E88107236.jpg

Subbed for conclusion so we can move on to more pressing issues, like which dress to wear.

    :D Happy Friday!

What's the biggest tire size I can fit on stock?

This is another reason to avoid black, yeah. Even the bright colours are a bit tough to find in the mud sometimes!

C'mon, stay on topic. We should be asking the tough questions like which color gets the best mpg?

I'll sub to this just in case I need proof that these things are as much a visual accessory as a tool.

    Carry on.

Go for turquoise! You'll really stand out next to the jeeps in the Kohl's parking lot.

Nothing wrong with caring about the appearance of an essential piece of gear, is there?

Those look like they have seen a lot of use:rofl:

I'd say go with pink or purple. Chicks will like them.

Do you also make fun of someone who's stranded without any recovery gear? When you buy a piece of gear, do you immediately use it to prove to everyone on the internet that you "actually wheel"?

Obviously it's orange, like my flame decals that add 25 HP.

In all seriousness, actually get orange. If you deal with mud it's gonna be the easiest colour to see in the thick of it.

Edit: I see OP is in Arizona. Black will be the easiest to see in the desert.
