Welcome to TW Maxx. Been watching your vids on youtube. Good stuff! Your trucks awesome! Makes me thinking of a trade in for a 3rd gen build but I doubt that. Keep up the great work. I'm sure you'll have that beast up and running in no time. Aloha

If I wasn't going down to Oregon for Thanksgiving I would go. I'm always looking for an excuse to do volunteer work to make my eval look good. Is it possible to make it a monthly thing if enough people are interested?

BTW I work weekends so I'm a little on the fucky side scheduling.

So update on the truck for those wgo are interested.
I had a shop replace the hub and bearing assembly which was acting up before the incident andbi also had them replace the steering pump because it was the most likley culprit to the power steering issue.
Unfourtunetly that didnt do it so now i need a new Steering Rack.

I have a Photoshoot with Bfgoodrich next month on the 10th in California, so i have to have the truck running smooth by then.

    So i can either

    A) have the shop do the work $800 for laybor $1200 for parts (i mught have found a rack for $670 so it could be less.
This guarentees il have the truck in time for photoshoot

    B) Buy the least expensive OE rack and do the instal my self amd use the left over insurance chas to get better wheels for the photoshoot
At the risk of not having it done in time.

    C) do the instal, get shock relocation kit and 14 inch Kings

    D) do the instal, Save the cash for the flying machine i want.

What are you guys thoughts? Any one done a rack replacement?
