I have been running them since they came available. 35 x 12.50 -17. And LOVE them. Awesome grip so far in all types of terrain, they just flat out stick. Softer compound, but seem to be wearing good after 7k. 20 psi seems to be plenty on most trails in CA, although I have gone down to 15 once on a very loose and steep rock garden.

I am looking at these tires as well.... 265/75/16 for a 3rd gen OR.

This is the only M/T I have found with a 40K mile tread wear warranty. That's reassuring.

I have run Maxxis on my MTB's for many years, and they are very good tires: tech, construction and wear are all awesome.

I need to check the weight on these... don't really need E weight if they are going to weigh 60lbs. in a stock size tire.

Those are great tires, also 45K tread wear warranty, but they are not an off-road tire. I think the Maxxis may be the only M/T with a tread wear warranty. I'm looking for rock/dirt tires because the main wear factor on my tires is my ROW/driveway... lots of sharp chert that is hard on tires.

Don't know if a mud terrain is what you want then because its ment for mud, and R/T is a beefy all terainal
