I am seriously interested in jumping in the Caravan if I you guys don't mind. I am brand new to the scene and would like to get to know everybody.

I am picking up my Taco tomorrow afternoon (cross fingers/knock on wood) and would love to get to know it by doing a trail this weekend.

Is it ok if I tag along this Sunday?

It is even better because I bitched at the dealership about it not being detailed and the car being dirty...

On a different note, I have no clue where I am going/ meeting people at. I am very familiar with the Shea/101/N Scottsdale area because one of my jobs is at FLWright blvd and the 101.

Jumped on a new posting of an 08 Access with 4x4. New as in the dealer has had it for 5 days, still had the mud and dirt on it from the trade in.

They had it listed as a base model, auto tranny with 45K on it. In the pics it obviously had oversized BFG MTR's on it, a toneau cover w/ kayak rack and I thought, hey might as well check it out it might have some hidden goodies.

While checking it out I found some very exciting stuff on it and I have to say I deserve a damn Oscar for keeping my cool throughout the negotiations.

Certainly not a base model, pretty damn sure it is a TRD offroad. While listed as an Auto, it is the 6spd (what I would prefer, and damned hard to find used).

On top of all of that exciting news, it does have MTR's on it that are oversized and have good tread on them, but most importantly it is sitting on a pair of Bilstein 5100's up front and I think AAL in the rear (would like you guys to help me double check this weekend).

The sales guy had no clue about what to look for in Taco's and certainly didn't have a clue about the stock tire size and ride height.

I think I just scored a pretty nice machine. Can't wait for all the goodies you guys are going show me that I MUST have!
