    Yea. Shoes I guess. Havn't ever changed my rear brakes, only my front pads.
    lol. 12 yr old shoes still on it.

    Assuming all your springs are intact and the drums are fine, yes. Have a ride to your local parts store available just in case. I recommend OEM shoes. The aftermarket stuff I've seen often has incorrect fitment.
