This may sound dumb, but after 180k miles most of which is just me driving I have noticed that my truck sits a little lower on the driver’s side, about 3/4” I’m thinking about swapping the front coils and the rear leaf springs left to right. Is that doable or are they side specific. If it was you would you just buy 4 new springs, or do nothing at all.

I’m not small, but not obese. About 6’1” 220 lbs.

Rear leafs are most definetely side specific. However at that mileage, its all likely clapped out and in need of replacement. Also taco lean as mentioned above. The drivers will sag over time due to the weight of the battery, fuel tank, and driver all constantly weighing it down.

The "taco lean", as mentioned above, is defnitely more likely to be apparent after your suspension starts to age. Battery, steering column, driver, and fuel tank (plus transfer case on 4x4) all add up to make the left side more of a burden on the suspension.

If you haven't replaced your shocks, rear springs/front coils, might be time.

Lifting the front driver side a little would help correct the lean some. They make lean soacers for this reason

Didn’t pay attention. Think same rules apply. Just its a pain in te ass to work on the fromt suspension. Better off replacing stuff
