Located where the kitchen window will go. Tomorrow, I will be removing screws and sealing the trailer. Then, cut out the wall for the window.

Panels pulled off the curb side wall. Sealed it with ProFlex RV sealant and put the panels back on. I will pull the screws out 1 stud at a time and put some 1x1 wood studs inside the steel studs to give the screws something to bite into since half of them are stripped out. Most of them are 1/4" long self tappers, so I will be replacing the screws also.

I cut the stud out for where the window will go.

Was this a new trailer when you bought it?

Can't believe the lame assembly it had. Shame you have to redo it.

I'm sure they'd be all fussy pants if you complained now, due to the mods you've already made. Although your mods have 0 to do with the construction issues.

But I'd certainly be letting someone know, with your photo evidence, of the shoddy work that is being turned out.

If I was a retailer, I'd consider dropping that line. If I was the manuf. and cared, I'd be looking for a QC throat to choke. And offering you some form of compensation...............

    Bummer.

Ive contacted them before to no avail. Took a week for them to call me back to tell me I can make a 4 hour trip so they could look at the bare steel of the frame which was not coated from the factory as it was suppose to be. I dont expect (or want) compensation. I dont really even expect a response.
For those without FB. I responded with the pictures (plus more) to their post.

I feel your pain, I had a similarly poor experience with Neo Trailers. Makes you want to build everything yourself, I mean you end up having to fix or modify most things you buy anyways!

Adding a side window. Will be taking the panels off the other side to seal them after I get the window in.

Well, kitchen window is in. I used 3/8 plywood to make a trim panel for the mounting ring to press against until I build new walls.
Tomorrow, I will put the trim back on the roof seam and take the tires off to add a couple screws to the panels below the fender. I am jumping back and forth between working on the trailer and the car. Im just waiting for coil spring insulators to get here and then the suspension will go back on. Im sandblasting all the nuts and bolts then painting everything black.

Its annoying waiting on parts. Waiting for the coil spring insulators, so Im doing what I can. Parts are painted and mostly assembled. Keeping the tape on the rotors until they are installed to keep the braking surface nice and clean.

It was too windy today to pull the side panels off the trailer, hopefully tomorrow is better. I am also going to throw away the self tapping screws for the fenders and install backing plates along with rivnuts and bolts.

Its a bit windy, rock guard tried to help me fly when a gust hit right as I pulled it off. Got all the upper trim off.
Going to paint the wood once the panels are off, and will use scrap aluminum to fill the corner gaps that I can see through from inside the trailer.

Yep. Oh well. It will be a better trailer when Im done.
Front panels removed. Their undercoating was missing, so I did it myself.

Got the side panels removed, cleaned up, sealed, and re-installed. Ran out of sealant, so front panels will have to wait til monday to go back on.
I had to hit a couple of the studs with a wire wheel to get lots of rust off. I painted the rusty ones with rust sealer.
I am going to replace the 1" aluminum angle trim along the bottom with 2" aluminum angle. The 1" doesnt give enough coverage on the panels and th screw holes are crooked and right on the radius of the frame rails. They also do not extend into the wheel wells, so I will modify the new trim to fit there also.
