AC supports tig welded in place, all bare metal painted, and roof supports all mounted back up. Tomorrow, I have to go back up to the VA so I will get the last 2x4s to make the braces for the roof vents while I am in town.
Yesterday, I finished sanding the stud inserts smooth with the original studs. Today, I primed and painted them.

The yellow is not my favorite color, but it does make it brighter inside.

Well. I used cans of spray foam to fill small gaps, inside the ribs, to mark places where I want to leave it un-insulated for more windows, and areas where I needed wiring held in place. I also finished the 2x4 stringers/roof supports and covered windows and vents/ac hole. Tomorrow, I will be spraying Tiger Foam insulation.

So, the foam didnt go as far as I had hoped.1-1.25" foam on all surfaces with a couple thick spots. Spraying the roof was a bit of a PITA because of the spray pattern. But, the front can be use foam sheets from HD. Tomorrow, I will finish up some trimming on a couple spots and put the wood back on the back doors. Then I will start wiring.
The AC is going to be put on next week (monday hopefully). Local guy has a bucket truck that he uses to pull radiators out of trucks at the radiator shop. Much easier to pay $20 than it would be to lift 108lbs to the top of the trailer...

Threw a little bit of wire in it.
It looks messy, but its all in the jumbled plan that is randomly bouncing around in my mind.

30 minutes (including drive time to the shop) and $20 later, AC is mounted.

Framing out the bathroom and closet. Using flooring samples to space it on the bottom and scrap plywood to space the top. That way, I can pull it out to put the flooring and ceiling panels in.

Just picked up a new Dometic NT-30SP furnace for the trailer for $250. They were asking $400 for it on CL. We set on $350 but when I got there to get it she had set the wrong one aside for me and had written $250 on the box for the one I wanted. So, I saved a bit of $ and got a furnace that will keep the trailer toasty in 0 degree temps and keep the air in a 30ft bubble outside nice too. Since it is ducted, I will have a duct in the bathroom, living area, and the underbelly (to keep the floor, tanks, and lines warm).
Almost had a jack knife couch for $100 but I was already an hour beyond the person when they finally replied to me email from yesterday and I didnt feel like adding 2 more hours to my trip to turn back.

Picked up my $100 jack knife couch. I made the base for it also. Because I am going to have the batteries under the couch in a box, it sits pretty da** high. I will have to build an ottoman. But, that also means I will have a crapload of storage under it. Maybe water tank, or just internal storage.
I am trying to decide if I want to build the kitchen cabinets or just buy some from HD and modify them to my needs. Also trying to decide if I need a 36x36 shower or if the 32x32 will work.

Modified my layout to put the kitchen on the curbside wall along with the batteries. This lets me drop the base of the sofa down 5".
Tan tape is the area the battery box will take up. The blue tape is the 52"x24" base of where the kitchen will be. No window will go behind the sofa, so I will foam that area in. I will add another window on the curb side above where the sink/stove will be. The 2x4 that is standing up represents the drop down deck that I will be building.

Bathroom and closet have to wait until I get the shower stall in November. The shower has to be build in, and I cant build the bathroom cabinetand closet shelves until it is in.

To get the drain water from the sink across and forward to the grey tank, I am going to use an undersink sump pump (designed for basements and bars). Since it is low draw, I will get a small inverter that will be wired directly to the batteries and mounted in the kitchen cabinet.

Started putting some walls on. It is 15/32" plywood. The harder pieces are next, but I need wait til it wont rain when I have the bathroom window off while I transfer the hole to the plywood.

Yeah..... Checked HD and Lowes, got the sheets of plywood with the least warpage. But, they still needed a bit of help to stay flat on the walls.

Welds arent the prettiest, and wont pass tech. But, they have good penetration and are solid. Ill clean everything up with a flap disc to make it look a little better then paint and pad em after I build the head rests and add a couple gussets.

Finally found a matching 2 burner stove top for the Dometic stainless steel sink for the trailer.
Got both for half the price of the sink alone.

Picked up a Derale tranny pan with cooling tubes for half price. +5qt over stock. Next week after the rain comes through, I will paint the roll cage and floor structure. Then, I will start getting her ready for the motor to go in.
    20181020_204118.jpg

For the trailer, this is the preferred flooring that I could find locally. I will be going to look at other places next week to see what else I can find. Thinking dark grey walls, black cabinet, and red accents (bring a little bit of continuity from the truck into the trailer. Couch will eventually get recovered black. Only area that will be white is the bathroom to help keep it brighter with only the one window.
