Can the MBRP turn down exhaust fit the double cab long bed at all. I have a aluminized extender from my old flowmaster set but would think of ordering the stainless piece so it last longer to fit the MBRP if I can? Anyone know?

It will fit your truck as purchased. Trust me. If not I'll help you make it fit.

That website is misleading then. Says it fits Reg cab and double cab short bed.

Yeah the website is misleading. I went and looked last night, and you are correct.

However, I know (after purchasing mine from someone with e DC SB) that the extension pipe is made to fit the long bed and is just cut to fit the others. The guy have me the piece he cut out and I pieced it back in and it was the correct length for my DC LB.

    Hope this resolves any confusion.
