I have a 2020 and I’ve been looking at the MBRP or Flowmaster American thunder exhausts. I had the magnaflow on a previous truck and liked it but I’m wanting something louder than the magnaflow.

Ive read a few reviews that the American thunder had some build quality issues with clamps and how low the exit sits under the rear tires.

Anyone who has experience with these exhausts what are your opinions on the two vs each other.

I have owned all three gen Tacomas over the years and have installed MBRP, Flow Master, Magna Flow and Borla and the Borla S to me has the best sound and honestly is the only exhaust that did not produce cab drone. I'm currently running the Borla S cat back on my 2018 OR and its great. Everyone has their opinions but whatever you do stay away from MBRP they have to be the worst at cab drone not to mention the exhaust note they produce is NOT music to the ears

The Flowmaster would be my second choice over Borla. I like the sound from a Flowmaster but again it's all about not having cab drone for me and Flowmaster did create a bit of cab drone but it was definitely not as bad as the others I mentioned
