MD: Shorten TracRac G2 Bed Rack & Toolbox

G2 includes tacoma mounting kit with toolbox mounts and 4 crossbar tiedown/load stop. Rack has been cut down 4" and has normal wear from use. Bolts for rack cleats have been changed to shorter ones for easier removal and install. Originals bolts included. 1 rack cleat got striped and has a slightly larger bolt now. Some powder coating chipping on base of rack arms were cleat attaches. I added a adhesive material to the top of the rack where the ladder would rest keeping it from scratching/wearing. I learned this on my last rack, fiberglass & aluminum doesn't mix well.

Toolbox has had the top lid repainted recently and works as it should. Two clips have been installed to hold shovel and has some painted scratches/chipping on the box itself. I have no keys for it and its angled to fit over wheel wells

If your are interested in the OEM TRD skid plate like mine, I am up for a some kind of trade for the rack. I don't need the tool box and will be possibly selling the skid plate once I receive the all pro front bumper I bought from another TW member.

Sorry, I did, but forgot to let you know, my bad. The only marking I was able to find on it was a label on the inside lid that says DAW MFG, which looks to be betterbuilt?

I'm boxing it up tonight to figure out the total weight. The length is 66" so I should be able to use ups ground.

 

The estimate came back @ 80.09 with insurance and confirmation.
