Its my understanding that the road is more overlanding type trails, rather than crawling

I wouldn't cross water in below freezing weather though, especially not with as cold as they say it will be

I think the water crossing is a different part of the trail. But maybe that other guy can comment. @truchador @FIRE74

There are a couple of small water crossings on the Blackwater park side, and about 1-2 miles of a "rough road" then after that it's mainly a gravel/dirt road

my dad did the loop road in a Honda Odyssey like 10 yrs ago (just once lol) so no worries there. The 2nd creek crossing in from the park side is a lil technical but nothing even a stock taco can't handle. Unless it's still pumping.
I would check out the first crossing (lindy run) which is just outside the park past the sled hill. If it's not too high to cross the other one shouldn't be as it's a smaller creek. I would be signing up for this trip if it weren't for the brush, it should be a lot of fun.
You should definitely pull off at Table Rock and hike to the overlook/cliff. It's about a mile but well worth it.

Like I posted above the canyon rim road is also a great bumpy trip and close to Davis plus you can climb the Olson knob fire tower for an epic view

Haha yeah its alot harder to tell with the real life RC accessories.
Last year there was an offroad course, mud bog, tractor pull, and dirt racetrack for all the RCs.
