    Hello,

I am trying to find the window tint medical exemption for Maryland. I have been searching quite a bit and cannot find anything on any MD MVA websites. I have seen references to it and I may have even found the form number " msp ased 23-04(a) ". I am going to call the MVA tomorrow but I was hoping someone else on here has experience with this. I know I will have to get a doctor to sign off but I do not think that will be a problem. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

    Thank you

That's just a regular vision inspection form. If you read the statute, (yeah, I'm a nerd), it says that you must have medical documentation . I'd interpret that to mean, you have a valid prescription with you in the car. I've never found an actual form...

I'd go to one of the Maryland State Police Barricks, ask them about it. They should have the forum on hand and tell you the process of getting it done.

Yeah I called the Westminster Barracks and the person informed me to contact the ASED because she had no idea.
