Call me stupid (and I was in college when beer bongs first hit the scene - before that you shotgunned a beer) - I thought she was holding a can of Rockstar and a funnel for refueling!!!

I guess its like me seeing a crack pipe I wouldn't know but Derek's old neighbors would spot one a mile away.

Brett just turned 28, I know him but not well enough to ask him about the situation. I hope he doesn't get charged with anything, it's bad enough to wake up every morning for the rest of his life to the realization to what had happened.

The video made it clear, he was trying to give everybody a show as usual but the angle he hit it at was directing into the crowd. A friend of mine (ESB Mike) who was in the line of fire said that Brett slammed on his brakes when he saw where he landed which saved his life and many others. Unfortunately Mike lost 4 friends, was hit in the face by the truck and broke his arm.

i cant knock snowboarders comment, its dickheadish but true. in the baja guys always stand 2 feet away from a trophy truck hauling ass passed them. in 2008 a guy got his leg ripped off in san felipe. i thought he was an idiot for being that close to the truck.

I've seen so many videos on YouTube of collisions on the track with spectators and am very aware of how close these out of control trucks can get.

Here's a video my wife shot of Robby Gordon almost running us over at last year's Baja 1000. Granted this was a paved section, but it still could've gone wrong. In fact I saw it go wrong later that morning

    Not enough.
He wont be charged with anything since it was a sanctioned race and it wasn't on public roads.

With my own personal experience with 44oz of mountain dew 4 years ago, I'd wouldn't recommend rockstar
