Yea but what you gonna do when you hit someone or a dog or something runs out in front of you and the impact crushes your mountain dew can push bar where as if they were behind the grill there is a better chance of survival, not only will you be losing the push bar but also a $100 set of lights...just my opinion though.

brakes wouldn't help you when you're doing atleast 50.
on a side note: i was heading to wally world today and was getting on the damp on ramp when my back end decided to say hello to me up front. i corrected, pressed the brakes, which didn't help a whole lot, and evaded the view of the cop that was also entering the highway a couple cars back

Yea but there are always conditions of the road as well which kill me when its raining cause of my lack of abs but i know now a days thats not as common but still i just dont to much care for the bullbars since they offer no protection and have to hang down under the bumper taking away approach angle but not everyone wheels and cares about that either, I did find one bullbar on here that if i was going to get one that is the one id get..ill look for the thread

I dont jack mien up either but yes i got the metalmiller skid on mine and it comes in at a hefty 55 lbs so taking it on and off by yourself without a jack isnt fun and its a single piece where the stock ones are 2 piece.

The valve will be a permanent thing so all i have to do is flip a switch and the oil drains out through a hose so i wont have to take this skid off. Id prefer not having a drain hole for dirt and shit to get caught up in making it more aggrivating to get to the drain plug so i opted for the valve.

How long have you had it? You must not drive it much, I change mine about every month and a half at 5k intervals.

That's cool we have use a fram sure drain valve I'd be afraid of that valve getting loosened and draining oil without me knowing.
Edit: I have a 4 ton floor jack I can bring also it goes up about 2 feet if that will work.
