I just noticed that the park closes at 5:30 this time of year, think that might be a problem?

 

Also the shelter is $60 for four hours, or $75 for eight. Would everyone be willing to chip in a few dollars?

This is quite the turn-around, from a meet in a parking lot to spending money in a seclude area of our own.

I'm looking at their website and I can't tell if the picnic shelter includes a grill. Has anyone used their shelter's before?

 

So with 20 trucks how much would it be if its $75 for 8??

I've been there before and the site we used did have a grill. Don't know if they all do or not

 

I'm also bringing a little round grill so incase we need another lol

And since this is going to be a cook out my wife is going to make cup cakes and bacon wrapped little smokies they are meat candy

So let's say everyone bring a 10$ bill on top of whatever you normally would bring.

VISA or nothing for me so i hope to see yall out there at say 1:00 since it closes at 5:30? We wouldnt have to go out to eat since we'd be grillin' out. I will bring potatoes and aluminum foil

I make great paper plates and chips. I'll bring some of those

The rental rate depends on the actual shelter, the $75 one is the smallest shelter.
