    Did you ever have the rear leafs off the truck?

    I had a clunk that I couldn't track down and I rechecked all the front bolts as I torqued them per the FSM at install and everything was tight. My driver's leaf front mounting bolt was somehow only finger tight. I retorqued all the leaf mounts and it's been silent. May not apply to you, but that was definitely my issue.

    My clunk is gone I have torqued everything to spec. 2 of the front cam bolts were very loose, and one of the lower shock mounts was just as loose.
