    At the moment...

Figure out a solution to the bumper and getting that lined out... then a fresh coat of paint.

Might upgrade exhaust in the near future as well. It's my company work truck so I dont plan to go too showy. And... my toy as of late has been my 05 Outback 3.0R wagon.

Nice! At least you’re cleaning ol Hank up a bit!

I have an 05 Outback too. She’s an oil burner though. Doesn’t get driven anymore.

Yeah... Hank has been a soldier for the family so I figured he deserved an upgrade.

    Which Outback do you have?!
    2.5, 2.5GT, or 3.0R?

is Hank highway driven much? i.e., speeds over 65mph?
trying to diagnose a current issue with my truck at those speeds and the wind

i have NEVER had this interior plastic sounding wind rattle until just this year, I need to FIX it so I can listen to classical works of art on the highway with just the normal wind noise as before, not some crazy flapping noise behind the passenger dash which is abnormal!

some use fresh air inflow and some use recirculated air, just trying to find somebody walking in similar shoes as i

I can't tell you much about wind noise... I have no AC so both windows are down pretty much all the time.

that's not what this pic says about the AC :) ... is it just not working?

and you probably don't get the winter cold like I do up north either to have to use the heater? I have the slider lever style and usually have the fan off but fresh air in with it set in the red area. this flapping started after winter was over so I am going to have to wait a few more months to troubleshoot it during the colder months ... just trying to get an idea of what is causing this before throwing huge chunks of cashola at eliminating it

    My thoughts.

And my ac issue is the evaporator under the dash. Just dont have time to fool with it at the moment.

    could be, i dunno
its kind of hard to self diagnose while in motion! I have had the glove box removed for more than a month listening to this

i pulled an evaporator out from a wrecked 95.5 at the salvage lot recently, there is quite a bit of stuff to remove to get to that!

It took a little afro engineering... and I still have a few alignment issues and in need of chrome trim pieces... but I finally got the front bumper mounted on.

what has Hank been up to lately?

my truck is having some troubling seat issues lately and going crazy figuring out what best to do

i am thinking it possibly could be the windshield cowl
it was removed earlier this year to put in a new windshield and now I think the push clips/grommets are loose and were broken
whenever I hit the ~70mph there is an incoming rattle ... flap flap flap
I close the blend door to recirc and it seems to go away!?!

Pics without the bulky tool box. I never really liked it... but it was free.
