TRD Monte after more resaerch than i can even wrap my head around.

You are. My kit nor my new fuel pump will be here until early next week and I am going to rig up the pump and run it for a couple days by itself to make sure everything is working properly.

Yeah stock everything for now. No need for a 7th if I'm running the stock pulley. I want build up slowly cuz I don't want this ol girl going bang. Make changes methodically and make sure everything is in line before changing something else

Smart choice with the TRD, If I could do it all again, I'd go TRD.

Should have upgraded to the MKII. Really easy with the MKI. For a serious boost in power.

    Shitty...

Looks like I might not get it until closer to late next week sometime... Hope I'm not held up into the following week just to get parts. Oh well my new fuel pump won't be here until Tuesday and I still have to uninstall the Maf Cal so I have stuff to keep me busy-ish until then.

    DOH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

that deserves overnight delivery on their dime if they already charged u for said product they dont have.

I got a call at 0730 today when mine came in........I was skered too

    MAF cal was easy man.

    FIRST unplug battery

cut all wires u SPLICED at the URD module with plenty of extra wire for the next user (I cut 1 at a time just in case)..............then tape the ends of those wires u snipped that are still tagged into ur ECU side.

Finally the 1 ECU wire you originally CUT red/yllw tracer can be traced to the modules 2 Wires (green and violet I think) u can snip them but leave them long!.................I left a good 4" of the URD modules wires (green and violet) connected to the ECU side (red with yllw tracer).....then I just soldered the green to violet which in turn made the connection back to the ECU's Red with white tracer.

So my original solder joints on the red/yllw ECU wires were kept, and I just used the URDs green and violet to extend the connection if that makes sense.

    U got my number

Doing it that way left MUCH MORE room to solder than if u were to reconnect the red with yellow tracer back together by itself.

    double check ur wires
