This is awesome and one of the many reasons I love this forum. Pulling together for a member and his family. I didn't vote since all the designs are awesome, and I have zero artistic talent.
Put me down for 2 of whatever the group decides. and if it turns out to be a couple of designs, I am most likely down for two of each.

Changed my vote to # 7, there all well done, trying to make it easier for everyone. I’d like a couple, can we throw in a little extra cash at purchase time to help the cause. Thanks to everyone for doing this, I’m sure Rick would be touched.

    Tears in my eyes….

No one should ever feel they’re alone or that there’s no one to reach out to.

If anyone feels that way, it’s your mind fucking with you. Reach out.

I think patch designers here might want to consider adding something along the lines of “You’re Not Alone” - borrowed directly from Rick’s obit. :pout:

It's different for us guys. We're pretty much conditioned to bottle it up and move on or just get over it. And when we try to talk about it a lot of the times we get laughed at and told those exact things. It's really sad. We should NEVER feel like that

THIS. One thing about today's world that I do see as positive is that we are seeing less of that thought process.

I agree with that for sure. Its great to have people you can talk to about anything that’s on your mind.

    The Lifeline and 988

988 has been designated as the new three-digit dialing code that will route callers to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline. While some areas may be currently able to connect to the Lifeline by dialing 988, this dialing code will be available to everyone across the United States starting on July 16, 2022.

When people call, text, or chat 988, they will be connected to trained counselors that are part of the existing National Suicide Prevention Lifeline network. These trained counselors will listen, understand how their problems are affecting them, provide support, and connect them to resources if necessary.

The current Lifeline phone number (1-800-273-8255) will always remain available to people in emotional distress or suicidal crisis, even after 988 is launched nationally.

If you search the internet, you'll learn that many states don't currently have adequate funding for the crisis centers that answer the calls. Answering calls in a timely manner is crucial to saving lives and the implementation of a simple 3 digit number to call is long overdue. Please donate. It will truly save a life.

Please know that no matter how dark things may seem there is always someone you can reach out to. Anxiety and depression make everything seem darker than it truly is.

I've literally lost more than twice as many friends this way than in the line of duty....it sucks. I'm very sorry that you and your family have to to experience this first hand....there are no words. It gets "easier" but it never goes away. Praying for you guys.

I've never realized or put it to a complete thought, but I'm fairly certain that I drive this truck all over hell and back lovingly beating on it without a single worry, because of TW and the amazing people I've met. People like @Unchained 5150 @crashngiggles @CTSpruceMica @MikefromCT and so many more took us all in instantly, answered the dumb questions, pointed the way, and even took their own personal time to help us and it's something you don't find much today anywhere. So if there is any silver lining to this (100% selfishly)it's that the lost of Rick knocked me off my hamsters wheel and made me stop looking up my own ass and look around for answers to the things i may need help with, so thank you Rick again for helping me for the millionth time, God speed!

    Afternoon,
This is Ron Swank, older brother of Rick. We are so touched by this effort to keep his memory alive. When the group decides on the items, I would love to get my hands on some of each for the family. Just tell me the cost, and who to contact when that time comes. Thanks again for all the love..........Ron

Personally, I would not want you to pay for these, as this is our way of remembering a very prominent member here. We will keep you posted on the status of these. @crashngiggles can we make that happen?
