Thank you WW... (your truck is STILL my favorite on TW)

"professional" I don't know what makes a chef a professional, but I can say that I have been cookin in professional commerical kitchens since I was 17 years old. I have worked for hard core chefs in crazy enviorments. I have opened, managed restaurants and menu development. I have catered a few weddings and also LOVE doing the "private" chef thing. Pasta are my favorite thing to cook. Scalo Northern Italian was my favorite and best place I ever worked, I've considered going back many many times.

I know how to make food taste good. Have I gone to culinary school, no! But I think I've got it covered, I aint skeered. :D I let the food do the talking.

Thx Danny..... LOVE the cooking channels too~! I have applied to be on "Chopped" the food network show. Kinda like a iron chef for regular peeps.... gawd I would LOVE to be picked!

and for the record I grew up wanting to be a firefighter, but as I got older and realized that firefighters don't just fight fires and rescue people from burning buildings..... Mostly thinking about seeing children hurting, would seriously effect my head. I simply could not have those life long visions in my head. You're a true hero buddy, thanks for doing what you do and I'll cook for your fire house anytime.

    cheers

nice menu I dont have a menu for my new years party but I guess its because hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, and dip on a menu would be pretty lame. I hope you have a great new year I know you'll eat right.
