NHTacoma11, a lot of people come out with stock trucks and do just fine. You just need to know when to turn around, but getting stuck is half the fun.

As for the next meet, not sure really. New comers are always welcome and encouraged.

I would recommend you pick up a hitch shackle and recovery strap. Those just make it easier for the rest of us to help get you unstuck.

Sounds good, I'll be keeping my eye on this thread.

Does anyone want to go off roading on these trails this Sunday 12/3?
    http://www.ausbonsargent.org/files/Bradford Conservation Commission Trails Map.pdf

& trails on the map adjacent to the south

Difficulty ranges from easy dirt road to rocky washout to soft mud holes. Many places to explore.

I tried it once stock and I went along until I got hung up on a rock in the middle of the trail. Then I turned around and headed back.

If anyone is up for it let me know.

Possibly interested, I am getting my 5100s installed this weekend and am looking to take my truck off road for the first time. Not sure what my plans are for this Sunday though.

However, besides wheels and tires and my soon to be installed 5100s at 1.75, my truck isnt very off road modded, and I just got it back from the body shop so I am not looking to do anything too crazy just yet.
