i made a mesh grille out of some stainless steel just seeing what others peoples thoughts are. i love the look but it cuts down on light output from the lights a lot. im going to try to make another one with bigger holes

im going to have to make another one out of something with bigger holes as it is cutting down on light output a lot and then paint that flat black. might stick a toyota tacoma emblem right in the middle that would be different

gotcha, its for protecting the lights.

How did you secure it inside the grill?

its not yet... haha i just stuck it up there to see how i liked it. but im thinking the tabs that are on the back side just put 4 screws in there right through the bumper. it will all be behind the mesh and hidden. yes its to protect the lights from rocks and so forth going down the interstate and i think it will look great painted black
