    The truth about waiting over 3 months for a issue to be resolved ? A few weeks without a response is one thing , but months is not reasonable. I can move on and take a loss but why ? Will I buy from him in the future…… maybe . I understand stand shit happens and things are in short supply at the moment. He did say a item was out of stock when he did pm me back and he said he would have his customer service guy respond to my email and he hasn’t and that was 6 weeks ago . He could offer a different item In it’s place or a refund . But Austin isn’t doing his job and even emailing back .

    That’s what I did at first and yes they did respond, after that nothing . I had a issue in the past and they responded in a timely manner and resolved the issue , I haven’t heard anything from mid August

    Pretty sure meso customs is a small operation possibly a one man band. Give them some more time. Maybe a family emergency occurred or they're just swamped.

    When he started out yes he was , on page 4 he says he has a customer service person Austin , and I know he said In the past he hired a few people. I’m very understanding that shit happens , how much time should I let go by ? Three months is far more then enough time and I’m tired of waiting . I’m not one to come here and bad mouth anyone and that’s not the point of me posting this . I could post screen shots of time stamped emails/pms but again I’m not here for that . I’m sure someone has pmed him about my post and he will chime in at some point .
