    What do you use to seal/ protect your headlights? Also will that steering wheel emblem piece be part of your interior black out kit?

    I use premium vinyl from imagecraft
    Morimoto Retrorubber to reseal. Don't think I'll do a steering wheel emblem in the kit. Too much liability, you have to remove the air bag for installation.

    I was going to use a hard plastic (ABS or Kydex) but I didn't feel like doing all the heat forming. So I went to a local rubber supply company. First stuff was too thin(kinda like the OEM splash guards) and would droop. I found a roll of this much thicker material, and it held it's own shape very well. It is used for conveyor belts..so plenty tough. I'm really happy how it turned out. Thicker than OEM plastic and softer so it should keep the road and rock noise to a minimum. Not to mention my engine bay will stay a little cleaner.

    LOL. I did a 7 wire 14AWG up to the roof.(they usually use it for RV/Trailer wiring)
    [IMG]

    it's nice because they are all color coded, and inside a black sheath

    Well it looks like you're going to make it. You gonna drive or tow it? I know you have a lot of other stuff to take with you.

    Good call. Better to be close to home for road tests. I think you're going to get a lot of interest at Sema. If you think you're busy now, hang on and enjoy the ride. :D

    The vintage Japanese Toyota logo, but rather than red background, color match the background to your interior scheme.

    I wonder if you could ceramic coat the lens. Or even better, wrap it in XPEL.

    I used the same thing a couple of years ago when I built my own sPod for a Jeep. It’s the best/easiest thing to do.
    The truck is looking great. Good luck.

    Guess you’ll have to wait and see:)
    It’s LbFabrication. Sold through runnin4tacos. Solid bumper!
    I thought about making a template and cutting out a screen protector. But the whole assembly is only a few bucks, so I’ll just swap it out when this one scratches :rofl:

    :cheers::cheers:
    My bank account doesn’t like this build either:eek:

    thanks!!
