If they won't respond to you, file a claim with paypal, your CC, etc. They will make it right if you provide all the pertinent information.

 

Got it taken care of. My CC reimbursed me the full amount.

Still haven’t heard from MESO.

 

Y'all are getting your buttons replaced? I didn't feel like it was that bad, so I'm not gonna worry about replacing it.

 

Actually I got a replacement button, but it turns out it’s not a fixed one. So now I have 2 of the same.

sucks cuz I had to open up the steering wheel again, only to have the same button

 

Installed mine today along with “Carbon Pro” black steering wheel trim. Fit great. Works as advertised. Forward and backwards scroll through music on my USB in the correct orientation. I don’t listen much to the radio, so I’m all set. No idea on the backlight as it’s not dark yet-fingers crossed.

 

I don’t see how just replacing the button would fix the problem. The problem has to be the circuit board.

 

I listen to the radio quite a bit, so the backwards scrolling is crazy.

 

I submitted a ticket right after installing it and having almost no light on the upper volume icon. Never got a response, have never heard anything about replacement or a fix. Now I just ignore it and assume I won't hear from them.

 

They can’t do anything about it. They flipped the controls, and the radio responds accordingly. Either you get flipped volume controls and poor radio scrolling, or you get it like stock with dumb volume. As much as I like to not like Meso at times, I don’t think they can do anything about that aspect of this kit.

 

You have to submit it a few times. I did it twice and they will eventually reply back. I got the updated button, basically a new kit

 

I emailed once including my order number and a description of the problem. Within a week I received the replacement button pad part, not a whole new kit. This was just in the past two weeks.

 

I got a new replacement kit a few weeks ago

 

i sent a request via their website about the uneven lighting on the button, got a response in a few days, and a new button a few days after. but it looks like the light fills in the volume down icon almost all the way compared to the first one i got, and the volume up is better than the first one, but not perfect like all the other buttons. but oh well

 

Put a new head unit in my truck and found my seek tracks were backwards like everyone else in here it seems. Luckily these cheap Android head units have the option to flip the seek track buttons so my Meso kit works like it should! Stoked
