Here it is in RED. Still unsure about it so I haven’t installed the vent rings.

My hesitation is my Clazzio seat covers are BLACK with ORANGE stitching. It seems like it’s contrasting too much. Thinking about going with the BLACK or MGM color to be more subtle.

    Gents:
Quick question for those that have purchased the AC Vent Rings: According to the label on the back of the box and MESO's instructional video all four vent rings are suppose to be individually marked with the number 1,2,3,4. I just received mine and all four of my rings are identical, marked with the number "2" on the back and on the opposing end marked "1-3-4". How am I suppose to tell which ring goes to which vent? Did they send me the wrong rings?IMG_8474.jpgIMG_8475.jpgIMG_8472.jpg

All rings are the same. Match the number with the location of the dash. Same ring will be used just oriented differently in the #2 spot.

Mine were the same. I just rotated them until the prongs on the back of the rings lined up with the holes on the dashboard.

Thanks MESO for the quick response, I just didn't want to remove the chrome rings w/o knowing for sure I had all the correct rings. I'll watch the video again; it was a bit confusing about matching the numbers 1 through 4 from left to right after looking at all my identically marked rings.

The ring directly right of the steering wheel, position the 2 at 12 o’clock. The others the 1,3,4 will be at the 12 o’clock position

roughly. You’ll see the other 3 have a slot at the top, the 2nd one is a little different

Are these supposed to sit flush? Because mine have a noticeable gap on all of the vents. Here are some photos, sorry for the low lit pics. I also attached a photo of the factory rings and they are definitely angled.

I think it should be the same reveal all the way around the inner edge by the vent, it doesn’t follow the bevel of the outer surround

I think that's how they're suppose to be. They are flush with the inner ring but not so much with the outer ring.

A little backstory regarding comments of "not flush"

So Toyota designed the air vents and the first ring flush. Then, the outside edge where it molds into the dash surround are at slightly different elevations. That is why if you look closely at the OEM chrome rings they are slightly tapered. I wanted to Match the OEM profile, but it would entail 4 SEPARATE molds just because Toyota decided to be difficult with 4 different rings(both taper AND post location).
So making 1 mold, and being able to rotate it to fit all 4 locations was the most cost effective. I'm OCD, but once they are back in the dash it's not very noticeable. The drivers side left (#1) is the most exaggerated taper change compared to the rest. Now my vent rings DO SIT FLUSH with the inner factory black ring across all 4 vents.

    Speaking of rings...
Both models to please the masses

Still finalizing them climate knobs(stock shown)
AUTO CLIMATE is really close to the manual ring dimensions, but it will require a new mold

I thought I was installing wrong initially but once you re-install the dash pieces you don't even notice..

The assembly that holds the chrome ring doesn’t come off with the vent. Am I doing it wrong?
