Meso flip fob

    Not sure where I went wrong but I’m pretty sure I followed the video to the tee.

    I can’t seem to get my key to snap into place in the fob.

    I may have just gotten a bad fob but I was wondering if anyone had any ideas thanks.

    I almost got one but saw the reviews on their website saying the exact same problem you are having about the key getting stuck. I would either just remove it completely or try and file out a bit more space so the key can move more freely. Or you could just

    Well, pushing the button is supposed to flip the key out. Not supposed to flip the key out manually so this tells me it was not installed correctly. Almost like the spring in the button mechanism was released before installing.

    Im about 95% sure i did it right. I even followed this reassembly video to make sure.

    I cant manually flip my key out. Also when the key is out yours looks crooked. Mine is pretty straight.IMG_20241125_111908.jpg

    the flip key fob for Rav 4 works on our trucks. its also 1/2 the price.

    Billstein 5100 in front on 4th notch
    I got one and had serious issues getting the buttons to make contact in the correct locations of the pad to function. Cool idea and design but execution leaves some room for improvement.
