Nice man. I'm guessing you're getting the 2020 Pro? I have a 2020 Pro and the cup surround isn't chrome, I believe it's MGM. Just letting ya know.

My 2020 TRD Off Road 6MT came with the chrome cup holder surround. Apparently the AT didn't get chrome. I guess Toyota is just like whatever, they'll buy it.

Got my kit this past Saturday (just crazy fast, considering I ordered it Christmas morning). Planning on waiting to install it until the other vent rings etc. drop.

Yeah, the one 2020 MT pro I have seen was chrome. My guess is they are moving through the rest of the chrome from the previous years.

The links I posted were for the most affordable counterpart I could find on ebay. They're hilux part numbers, but they'll fit the Tacoma regardless of whatever the ebay part compatibility tool thing says. If you're looking for a genuine Toyota Part number, McGeorge Toyota has them for $30.88 each before shipping.

Here is more of the cement. I think it’s a big improvement over chrome. Not sure I like it better than mgm or black.

Got my kit today. Im in the middle of installing and Im having the same issue some other experienced with the start ring. Cannot get it lock in not mater how much pressure is applied. I tried bending the taps on the ring out a tad to try and get the to grab the locking mounts. No luck. It seems the tabs are slightly too short?

Black looks better over the shift trim IMHO than MGM but I have MGM for the other pieces.

Went with the MGM instead of black after reading the man himself recommend it. Installation was pretty straightforward, only two difficult areas were removing the chrome ring from 4x4 selector and getting the new starter ring seated correctly. Here's some pics as I haven't seen anybody post them with the black/inferno interior yet.20191230_130815_HDR.jpg 20191230_130821_HDR.jpg 20191230_130735_HDR.jpg

    My kit is black.

I'm also getting a 2wd- 4wd mode change failure on my dash. Messed the switch up somehow.gotta pull it apart and see what's up.
