Got my black set this week, getting ready to put them in this weekend.

I have the vinyl sticker sets on my chrome currently. They are absolutely better than the chrome, but were a pain to put on, and if you actually look directly at them you an see the points of user error in the install (wrinkles, tiny gaps). I am looking forward to moving up from "good enough" to "how it should be."

@MESO - any ETA on the vent rings? I'd like to put in a single order for the full delete kit. Also saw many of your products on your site are sold out. Are they typically cycled back in or limited runs to never see again?

    Thanks.

    A+ @MESO
This is right. Super easy to install. I did a quick little thing on my Instagram. But, I will say where I used a pick, dykes would gave been better, you’ll understand where once you start. The chrome rings are held on with clips and some plastic the factory melted to help secure them. (Aka make them more of a pain in the ass) Make sure to keep an eye out for Meso’s video. All in all, easy mod. And looks freaking killer.

Did you take the dash apart? I think the drivers right and left side are more difficult.

Great install. You might need to be introduced to Obsessed Garage and get yourself some rags and interior detail spray from Adams to clean off your dusty dash board! Lol

    Lol
The truck needs to be cleaned bad. I agree. That’s dirt and dust from our last Colorado trip. It’ll get cleaned up for the start of our show circuit starting in February.

Yep! Easy peasy. You just pull the the surround off from the radio. Then the rest all snaps off. The worst part is the passenger side vent, but with a nice flat head it pops right out.

I noticed that the rings are “melted” to the trim as mentioned above. Did you have luck with side cutters it would drilling them out be a better option?

Use side cutters. Meso will have a video out when the product drops. Should be soon.

**adds side cutters to Amazon cart.** Blown away I never had these in my arsenal. And yes, the Colorado dirt and dust gets everywhere. I always feel bad for our housekeeper and the dust she cleans up in our place.

Personally, if you’re going to buy side cutters for it, get some flush cut ones, (Although any will work) this way also, when you cut zip ties in the future, they cut flush and are not razor sharp
