    Perhaps this helps? I did one week bleach bath to remove chrome, rinse and dry, 3 coats adhesion promoter, 3 coats paint, 3 coats top coat. Figured I'm going to do this no more than once so might as well stack the deck in my favor and if it turns out lousy in a year or two then I guess I have to buy an AT? :) jk.

    USPS finally delivered my black door handle covers. I'm very satisfied with them, and they were the last piece for my blackout. I was curious about how the inside of the handle would feel with the cover installed. You can feel the transition, but it definitely still feels comfortable.

    @MESO thanks for making perfect fitting quality products. Modding my third gen has been a dream compared to what was available for my cars back in the early 2000's.

    Yeah, as far as how they look to me. Also noted on the previous page. I have a lot of other red products in and outside on my truck. Might be why to me they look more inferno colored. Might not look they way to me if all the other red wasn't scattered around my truck though.

    They are the same color as the rest of the red MESO chrome delete pieces. Which, I think should be a shade or two darker to match the red stitches for the seats, the red on the wheel caps, and the pro on the floor mats. It’s pretty close but not quite perfect. I know not everyone has a pro so the matching aspect might not be as important. I still think it looks sick though!

    Now if @MESO could do the outer trim plates around the mirror controls (not that you need more projectso_O) the handles wouldn’t look out of place on the doors since nothing else is colored there:D Or just give me a army green release and I’ll change everything to that and go with black handles:thumbsup:
