    Well, a little different. V2 hasn’t been released yet.
    When V1 was released it was maybe over a years before a certain color went out of stock. By then there were other vendors that held stock to keep up with it, before the dwindle of bulk inventory
    I do think this was one of the first mass produced offerings before anything prior and some things after, like puddles that followed shortly after with (150) for the first run.

    Not trying to validate anything, but as an engineer for a manufacturing company I do see things that can hold up production on a large and small scale.

    just dropping anything in mass quantities takes time from a logistic point, inventory, manpower, etc.

    I bought on of the Gen 1 fobs during their BF sale... was pretty disappointed it "feels" bigger than the original (IMO) due to it being so blocky... yeah, it's narrower, but but the original fit in my jeans coin pocket and was unnoticeable, this one is a constant reminder.

    The bottle opener came in handy though despite thinking I'd never use it.
