    I think on the site @MESO , you should list all the components each product should come with, so if someone needs to troubleshoot, they can know whether or not they have all of the necessary components.

    Human error happens and with you especially its not even a worry since you take care of us, but it may help others help you by diagnosing their own concerns early on.
