@MESO im assuming by the last photo in this post of yours, that the switch is installed in the center console portion of the truck? (Below the radio) I don’t have BSM or parking sensor buttons so just checking. I’m starting to wonder where I can put this switch once I receive it. Are there any blank spots I can use that will fit it in the OEM switch panels in the truck? Or do I need to go hunting for an after market panel in order to install it? Sorry in advance if this is answered already somewhere else, these threads can get ridiculously long!

Pull that worthless qi plug and put it there! I'm gonna get rid of my ECT plug and probably put it there.

Will the Qi charger still work if I remove that switch? I wanna make sure it’s left “on” somehow prior to removing it. Or I’m wondering if it’ll fit in that same center console OEM panel where Toyota has those blanks... the little black squares that look like ya could punch them out and slide a switch in

I fully anticipate that he will. Just need to give him the time to get it together.

Nice I plan on doing that as well. If you wouldn’t mind letting me know how you wire the switch to the module.

I want this mod so bad as I had almost broken my ankle many times stepping out of the truck. Does anyone know how difficult the installation is?

If the 2019 still has the storage cubby to the left of the steering wheel, you can take it out and put in one of these. It’s a two minute install.

    I'm coming for you.
No problem. Those 1-2 splits are made by DSIM, so you can get them pretty easily.

If you don’t have the BSM or the parking sensors then you can use one of the blanks there in the center. No need to go crazy and start buying aftermarket switch panels when you have empty OEM spots!

Over half the people on this tread have completed this mod. Not more difficult than installing a good stereo system. No where near as difficult as a lift kit. Most people struggle with going through the boot on the drivers door. Meso covered this a few post back. Takes about 3 or 4 hours for most people, myself included. Hope this helps.

Thank you. It can seem intimidating but it’s really not that bad, just takes some time. Put the pieces together so you have a plan of what you’re doing. The longest part is getting one side done the you already know what to do on the other side.
