    You are probably better off just keeping the V1. Unless you plan on regularly removing the knob for some reason there is no real advantage to the V2. Also I believe V1 knobs were made with OEM TRD Pro knobs which it no longer says on the V2 knobs listing so I am guessing they are made from knockoffs now.

    on the left so it's easy to toggle with the thumb. Nothing on the right, I'd like to do my garage door opener, but that looks like a real pain

    Ect on the left w/ the thumb too and front cam on the right

    I have v1, not sure what exactly has been changed in v2- looks like the collar addition and circuit board connect vs fishing wires

    V2 on the way, so I should be able to give a comparison between V1 and V2 quality in a week or so.

    Put the new one in today. I checked them out side by side, and they are extremely close designs to each other. Original had the TRD logo on the backside, new one is branded MESO. Stippling on the new one is a little more pronounced than the original. Perhaps it’s aging? I like the new one better. I think the stitching on the original is *slightly* better, and it does wrap underneath more. Leather wrapping is a tiny bit short on one of the corners on the new one. Really hard to see. Insignificant really. Original one wrapped underneath better. The collar on the original fit a smidge more flush, but was prone to popping down if the boot got tugged hard. A wash between the two for that comparison. Clickers seem to be *slighty* more stiff on the new one. Nothing worth deciding over, but I like it a little better. Would I spend the $$ again for the upgrade? Probably not. Would I buy the V2 if I didn’t have the V1? Definitely. Will my V1 go up on the BST soon? Probably. Bonus for the buyer: cabling is the same so I didn’t have to swap that out. New cabling will go with the sale.

    :thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup: Hope this helps someone.

    Last V1 for sale in BST was last April. I remember this because I was searching TW everyday and it popped up and was sold during my visit to the Dentist, while I was in the chair. It lasted 15 minutes. I just installed the V2 last week. GLWS

    Well that’s a bummer. Part of the cool factor of the prior system was that you could (in theory) only get one by purchasing a product. Not that it’s a big deal, but I feel like one of the masses now. Lol. :rofl::rofl::rofl:

    The randomness of what you’d get was also part of the fun.
