If you look at the Stage 2 install video it will help. Granted Meso is using an Ultrasonic Knife but it's still gonna be easy. Should take like 4 minutes or less a side. I'll do it late afternoon and let the epoxy cure overnight.

 

Stage 1 installed.

I love how the amber turn signal is a nice bright “square” with instant on/off(thanks to LED).. it really gets your attention. The stock turn just blends into the tail light too much and looks anemic.
BTW the white reverse flickering in the video is not the bulb, that’s just the way the camera picks it up with the refresh freq. rate.

 

Just installed my Stage 1 kit. I have no aftermarket bulbs in front so I installed with the resistors. Everything looks to be working so far. Can't wait until the sun goes down to see how they look in the dark. Still hoping to get a Stage 2 eventually.

Also installed a MESO sticker behind the housing since I have so many of them now (but still not enough).

 

No pictures because my 4 year old was "helping" but got my Stage 1 kit installed yesterday. I had previously swapped to some other LED bulbs that made a noticeable difference, but these are even brighter than those. I love the amber turn signal and complete brake lights now, it looks so much better that way. Very happy with these @MESO

 

thanks for mentioning, i forgot to mention the flickering part on the reverse light, its just how the camera picks up the LED light.. similar to the DRL in the front.

 

When will the next Stage 1’s be released?

He already does.... it's on his site (currently out of stock).

You really should encourage this... perhaps like badges of courage. One for each mod. The more you have, the more mods you have done.

He does but they are for the stage 2 and the larger Triton bulb. The stage 1 he is using a custom bulb holder to fit the stock location. Those he does not sell.

For that one, even the bulb itself is custom. He had them specially produced for his need.
Don't expect to see it appear as a DIY part offering.

 

Did the Stage 2 kits from this weekend ship out yet? Only asking because last time I ordered the emails kept getting blocked so I never got tracking codes. Hate having stuff sit on the porch when it gets delivered.

 

Yes they did. For some reason I noticed all the stage 2 shipments did not auto notify customers of tracking info. I’m looking into it today
