    Hmmm gonna try to install stage 2 tonight. A little worried about modifying my pro tails. Can’t decide if I want to shove a rag in and do a step bit or try this soldering knife thing.

    I’m OCD about things being clean. Any advice?

    Leaning towards step bit right now. What size of bit do I need to use?

    Anyone know how much brighter the VLED 50 red 7443 is compared to MESO’s custom stg1 7443?

    I already know the VLED HI-VIS 6 red 7443 is only as bright or less than MESO stg1. And since I returned a full set, they have removed them from their site.

    stage 2 recipient here-- do the led's have to be a certain orientation to work when replacing oem bulbs or just plug them in and call it good?

    Wrong thread, but to answer your question, it depends. I have A60 and 1.5.1 was a big difference. Even stock I had the shudder that 1.5.1 fixes, so if you hit the gas hard and it starts feeling like the truck will shake itself apart for a short while, go with 1.5.1, otherwise I'd try 1.5 for a tankful first.

    Canadian tx delivery made already also. Just cut out reverse lights with a hot knife and got jb weld curing with the triton adapters. How do you put those bulbs together by the way?

    Put on small washer, install 3 screws every other hole. Collar isn't used.
