    Just take your time and you should be golden:)

    Sneak peak of the new custom Stage 1 bulbs. Like I mentioned..I went though testing of many different setups and although these have less LEDS than original, they are more efficient and brighter.
    To get a comparison;
    Stage 1 V1 bulbs came in at 110Lux(at 8ft) pulling .55AMPS.
    The new Stage 1 V2 bulbs came in a 140lux(8ft) pulling .42AMPS
    For science, the VLED stage 2 put up 195 LUX(8ft) and pulled .67AMPS.
    So it's a really go balance of performance per dollar and will compliment the new stage 1 perfectly.

    Yes. The 7443 bulbs are in route, and the custom switchbacks should be wrapping up production shortly. All the harnesses have been checked and are ready to assemble kits as soon as I get the missing pieces:D

    You can buy the Stage 2 bulbs direct from VLED.... both the Switchbacks (v6 Triton) and Horseshoe (see the photo a couple posts up... I think they call them something like SuperRed 50 LED) are available.

    Was a pretty straight forward install. My drill didn’t work on the rings for stage 2, but a little bit of heat and a knife did the trick! :thumbsup:

    Looks great. Was gonna do stage 2 while I have these opened to avoid chips inside but missed out. Gonna try his new stage 1 when available so I can get these back together.

    If you get some residue inside it’s pretty easy to just shake out. I tried the upside down method like Meso recommended but was apparently still sloppy. Shake out the tail light and give it a tap to stop the static cling.

    I didn’t open the tail lights. I simply shook out the flakes through the hole where the switchback goes; the ring that needs to be cut out for stage 2

    Yea, lens and reflector bowls are untouched. Hardest part is the 3-C's.

    wow...i'm surprised, it looks like you tinted the inside of the lens. i bet the 3-C's must have been a pain to tape off. did you use nightshade? I've got a pair of taillights that haven't sold in over a year, might as well rip them open and try this, they look great.
