Got it today and install was a breeze. It’s bright but not blinding bright. No hyper flash on normal use. Only when on reverse. But, I’ve never use any blinker fluid when I’m backing up anyways! 99ADC58E-BC4A-4DD6-AE8F-6812B4AAB1DB.jpgA11191A6-15B7-4B4D-A80C-C8879D689A21.jpg:thumbsup::D

Glad you like it! I have resistor kits in full assembly at the moment. So they will be available shortly to anyone that doesn’t like the reverse hyperflash syndrome.:D

Can anyone or @MESO tell me if I'm supposed to use two or three of the set screws per Switchback LED? The instructional video stated three, but my package only included four total (two for each bulb). I'm sure I can find a couple more at the store if I need to.

Installed my stage 1 today. Looks great! No hyperflash on reverse, but I already had resistors installed previously since I had already swapped front and rear turns to LEDs.

I have LED’s in my front turns, Meso V4’s in my mirrors and the stage 1 kit in my tails and I have zero hyperflash in any situation.

@MESO Hey meso, not sure if this has happened to anyone else but sometimes when I'm in reverse one light wont work. However, if i put it back and gear and reverse again it will both work. Wonder if anyone else has had this same issue. I played with the shifter and it happens randomly. If it was discussed previously i apologize.

Discovered yesterday I have the reverse hyperflash issue. I agree its kind of a rare situation but with parallel parking it would be used. I'll probably get the resistors

If I recall correctly, I had the same "concern" and asked the same question. No matter how I tried to line up the 3 screws, I couldn't get it to fit. So I think I settled for 2 and it was fine. No issues since. Unless I'm getting it confused for the front turns.

Good to know! I went ahead and installed them with two screws each and they fit very snug.

I originally had used 2 screws but I think when I upgraded bulbs front and brake I could force 3 in going at a slight angle and some force. I can’t remember if I did the reverse/switch back the same or not but 2 isn’t a problem as long as it’s in and snug

Depends on how bright you want it really. It’s your money- will you be satisfied to justify it.

personally I wanted the brightest. And then I took it further and replaced the rest of the 7443 bulbs with v6extreme. This has me satisfied and also waiting on the switchback to get the extreme treatment

Stage 1's are easier to install and not permanent. My stage 2s are fine, but stage 1s weren't available at my time of purchase. I'd stick with Stage 1

Yes, brighter. Just like the S2. I just didn’t want to trim/cut the OE housing. The only reason I got the S1...
