MESO Total Tail Light Kit

Anyone notice that if you're in reverse, the blinkers go into hyper mode? Noticed when parallel parking, how do we get around this #1 and #2, is this throwing codes?

 

Not sure about the throwing codes but the hyper flash is solved by PM’ing Stew/MESO your order number and he’ll get you a resistor to fix the issue.

 

They're on a switchback bulb. So it's trying to use reverse and blinker at the same time

@MESO whats the upgrade to the extreme V6 gonna be? Them are some pricey little suckers. U currently use the 50 LED 7443 bulb in S2 right? Quite a big bump in lumen output.

 

Or just get the @MESO ultimate turn signal v.4 and will fixed that.

 

AFAIK it's not a resistor issue

Relocating the turn signal and making it amber is perfect. Full horseshoe much brighter!

One thing I didn’t know is the resistors make amber the priority. When in reverse and a turn signal on the signal side will be amber only. If you have your hazards on and in reverse there will be no white light. A bit of a trade off.

 

Unless I'm mistaken, that's the default setup regardless of resistors.

 

Before the resistors I got both. With one turn signal I got both with hyper flashing and hazards I got both with out hyper flashing.

 

Meso sent me the resistors; the hyperflash is gone.

Just installed Stage 1 in my 2020 Pro. No hyperflash, and I tried every imaginable signal and light combo I could think of. Very satisfied with the appearance, brightness, and yellow turn signal. Paired them with some LED license plate bulbs to fully kill all trace of incandescent lighting on the truck!

 

While in reverse, turn on your hazards and watch your truck glitch the fuck out

 

I didn't get hyperflash.
