    Understood. Waiting to install the puddle pods so I don't have to tear up the door panels twice.

    If you have any intentions on doing the Smart passenger door handle mod, I would run those wires as well when you do the puddles.

    That’s what I did because I didn’t want to go through the boot twice.

    Oh yes... GREAT advice! But I did my Passenger Door Smart Key a few months back... before I found out about these Puddle Pods.

    But, yes... to anyone else thinking about doing the Passenger Door Smart Key mod... smart (see what I did there?) to do these at the same time. ;)

    You won’t have to tear off the door panels for the V5’s. That’s why there is the extra connector in the mirror, so the only access you will need for V5’s will be from the outside of the truck. That has been my understanding of why this extra connector was put in that location at least.

    @MESO sent a pm with order #. Passenger side top brake light bulb is not illuminating anymore. The LEDs are working but very dim when I checked with the bulb out. Switched bulbs to confirm it is not the socket or wiring on the total tail light stage 2 kit.

    Thank you sir.

    Are we still able to get replacement bulbs when they fail? Or do I need to purchase a new one from Whomever they were made by? Sent a message to you in TW also without a reply. Are we supposed to request from the website now?
    I know you are a busy man.

    I need to get the bulb replaced prior to getting a fix it ticket.

    Thank you. Just trying to get some information as to if these are still warrantied or not.

    Sorry must have missed the PM.
    For future, anyone that needs warranty replacements;
    STAGE 1 components: send me a message through the website ticket system and I will replace it(I have stage 1 parts on hand)
    STAGE 2 Components: please fill out this form;
    Www.vleds.com/warranty
    VLEDS is very good about shipping out replacements fast. I would, but I do not stock those ones.

    i noticed that the stage 1 you cant have your reverse light on with the signal light at the same time. it's no biggie but just curious if the stage 2 is the same thing. thanks

    You can, it just hyper flashes. You could add a resistor to fix this. Honestly, how many times are you in reverse with your turn signal on? Most people don’t even use a turn signal regularly, let alone in reverse.

    If this isn't the best customer service I don't know what is.

    Unpaid/ unaffiliated/ unsolicited plug for the Stage 2 package as the brightest, best tail light mod. I will admit I originally went the "other" route with with some trashy raptor knockoff Winjets. Not only did 2 sets leak (both warranted since less than 1 yr. old), but the brake lights were barely visible. My wife who knows nothing about cars nor LEDs even said that she could not tell when I was braking during the day when following me from a few car lengths. I write this for anyone doing searches on light mods and considering their options. Do yourself a favor, save yourself some time, money, frustration and maybe your and/ or your loved ones lives- stick with OEM housing and get a Meso harness Stage 1 or 2.
