MESO Total Tail Light Kit

hey @MESO — i have the stage one kit and just noticed one of my four brake bulbs is out. i swapped it with another to confirm it’s the bulb, and it is.

what’s the best way to go about getting a matching replacement? i wasn't sure if the reds were VLED buyouts, but your site lists them as “custom” 7443s and i didn’t see them listed separately from the kit.

Just submit a Ticket at the bottom of my website and I can get you a new one ASAP

 

Just curious how long you had them in before the one burned out?

 

i originally purchased from MESO in 2019, kit has been installed for just about 2 years. the bulb still illuminated, it just wouldn’t get brighter while braking... on paper LEDs are supposed to last a long time, so hopefully it was a fluke.

to follow up on my last post, MESO team hooked me up with a replacement and got it to my door in less than a week. i’m still a happy customer.

Seriously. The packaging quality matches the product quality. MESO doesn't mess around at any level.

 

I got a set last month and they were only in a plastic bag, not box at all.

 

I've been waiting for some time for Meso's stage 1 kit. It's the only item I asked Santa for back in September. I hope they still have me on their waiting list. Please Santa!

Yes and my guess was to reduce weight and bulkiness of shipping box as i ordered a few other things at the time.

 

As long as you are signed up to the product notification(back in stock) it will alert you as soon as they are relisted

Up until this point, that is how I packed all of them. This next batch that is launching is the same as what you have, just in a nicer box/packaging.
