I'll try for a Stage One. If not I can wait till they are more available. Not a big deal. He's trying. He's one guy doing cool mods. It's Tailights , not a part for your Flux Capacitor.

Thanks for the link, is that hot spot (stage2) noticed in real life or was that just the photo? Stage1 is so evenly spread… I can’t make up my mind lol

Does this mean Triton adapters will be listed on your site Wednesday too? I still need one for my new tail light that will replace the one I had a little “accident” with the epoxy lol

Or maybe I could have one shipped with my 7443 leds? I’ll happily pay for a pair or two so I can do my OR tails too

Waited so long for these it made finish my own. I had originally scopes this out and had bought exled module that handles the reversing of the polarity. I get hyper flash when the engine isn’t running but not the other way around.
    Will triage that later.
My setup had tritons in 3157 blinker/running light, and about two weeks ago I notice the blinker on one side was working but the running light wasnt. Still inside warranty so they asked me to clip it and send them a picture. Meso moves around on projects and is out of stock because he hasn’t hired me yet so what do I do?
Found a little decent switchback reverse light that doesn’t require me to drill out the housing.
Bought a couple 921 male/female adapters, same for the 3157.
921 switchback bulbs of any quality were the pita to find. Autoilumination has a reverse polarity bulb that works for me. I am going to look for a better female 921 mount as the ones I have now are rubber and fit a little loose.
Will continue to refine until i like it or Meso actually has stock of something when my wallet agrees with him.
So far it’s a budget deal. Lights (had to swap out the Tritons due to previously mentioned issue and original bulbs were nowhere to be found) and the harness I am at $80.

@mesojdm - Plus one for this question (although, I doubt anyone behind a stage 2 tail light would see anything other than the searing red, yellow and white light coming at them).

One photo comparison I'd like to see is the backup lights of both stage 1 and 2 installs as viewed through the backup camera screen at night. This is when you need them the most, but the factory backup lights might as well not even be there. They're so dim as to be useless with the backup camera at night.

Much appreciation would come your way if somebody with stage 1, and somebody with stage 2 lights installed, could do a similar comparison for the backup lights by backing up near an object at night and posting a picture of what you see in your backup camera screen. That would be an excellent indicator of the difference in power these two sets put out.

So today I decided to mount the resistors using a hole already behind the taillights. After hearing that they get hot I thought this would be a good idea since i had them zip tied to the wiring. Probably not an issue at 40° like today but on a 90°+ day the resistor may get hot enough sitting in traffic with the blinker running for a long time.

    Here's what i used

    20190331_150641.jpg

Here's the hole I used to mount them

    20190331_151322.jpg

I used little lock washers with #6 machine screws & larger washers on back side
    20190331_150652.jpg
    20190331_150604.jpg
From under the truck it's easy to stack on the washers & hold the nut with a small 8mm wrench while tightening up the screws on the other side. I really didn't want to use self tapping screws that would eventually cause rust issues so I went this route & should hold the resistors in place well.

    Hope this helps
