installed the map lights no problem and they were working. I then moved to the dome light and pulled the plastic lens cover and bulb.

Installed new spring loaded bulb adapter with red wire towards driver side.

No light came on and now none of the lights work (Maps and Dome).

Had vehicle running during install, AC running due to heat.

What can I check, fuse, wiring, etc.... to get working thanks.

Try turning your lightbulb around... I didn't use his kit, but when I replaced bulbs in mine they only work one way.

I did that with Map light and they were working.

Also with Dome and no go.

Anybody know what fuse controls the Map and Dome lights?

Found it, so for anybody else changing the lights do what you know to do...turn power off and disconnect battery to be safe

And if you do what I did and leave it on running air because it's hot you just may blow a fuse.

If so look under the dash and pull the cover off the under dash fuse panel. It will be the 7.5 amp fuse listed for Dome light.

Now to get a new one (swap a fuse to test).

ALWAYS disconnect your battery when doing electrical mods. Better safe than sorry. Glad you got it working

Yes, sir lesson learned, even though my inner voice said to disconnect I over rode it to stay cool. Thankfully it back up and running now, waiting for dark to see the difference although you can tell right off its bright!
